These are organizations that have contracts with TAHC to provide " outreach, training, and premises registration activities " .

More commonly called "paid advocates" .

Keep in mind these contractors may have employed subcontractors. So when you hear an organization is for TAHC's "half baked" NAIS program be aware they may work for one of these groups ! ! !

TCFA testified in favor of HB 1361.

TCFA responded to TAHC RFP 554-6-059 for Texas NAIS Premises Registration and Outreach Services.

TCFA applied for and was awarded contract number 554-6-196 with the State of Texas to provided NAIS outreach, training and premises registration services for an amount not to exceed $27,600.00

. To the best of our knowledge as of this date 3/31/06 TCFA still holds a valid contract and has contractual obligations to the State of Texas to provide "Texas NAIS Registration and Outreach Services"
