What issues surrounds premises registration

Premise registration is the precursor to what we lovingly call around our barn the"4 T's" Texas Tagging Tracking and Taxing Program. Premise registration is the first and most important step to put TAHC in position to derive revenue to implement their tagging and tracking program. Unless honest livestock owners register themselves, TAHC officers would not know where to find you. The estimated 200,000 potential premises scattered across the Great State of Texas effectively castrates their efforts.

The proposed premise ID / tagging, tracking and taxing program is a violation of the property rights of honest hard working Texans. It interferes with the use of land we own and pay huge property tax bills on each year.

The program is a violation of each of our rights of privacy.

The program interferes with our rights of free trade, our right to take our products to market.

The program places each livestock owner in jeopardy of unfounded malicious lawsuits.

The program is a who's who registry of livestock producers for terrorist working to destroy Americas economy.

The program places our livestock, our families and ourselves in harms way.

Because the program extends to individuals (including children) who may only own a pet pig, goat, pony, horse or ass the program makes thousands of unsuspecting individuals potential criminals in the eyes of the law, subject to fines and jail time.

Hundreds if not thousands of small livestock producers will just throw in the towel. The price of meat at the grocery store will go up.
